How much does this cost our company?
This program is free for companies to offer. There’s no contract, no paperwork, and no billing required. Your employees sign up directly and handle their own memberships.
What’s included for our employees?
Each member receives a customized fitness plan, small group personal training with certified personal trainers, a full-body movement and mobility assessment, and ongoing support. All workouts are designed specifically for adults 40+.
How does enrollment work?
It’s simple. We give you a custom link to share internally. Employees use it to schedule a Starting Point Session at their convenience—no need to coordinate or track anything on your end.
Can this qualify for a wellness stipend or reimbursement?
Yes. Many of our members use company stipends or HSA/FSA benefits to cover their memberships. We’re happy to provide documentation for employees if needed.
Is there a commitment?
Memberships are billed month-to-month and can be canceled with 30 days’ notice. There are no long-term contracts or upfront fees.
What kind of results do people typically see?
